The settlement came months after Weinstein was outed as a sexual predator and as their marriage was approaching the 10-year mark. The two had a prenup which stated that the former Weinstein Co. head must pay Chapman $300,000 in spousal support for each year of the marriage. After a decade, that figure jumps to $400,000.
The Marchesa designer also gets a portion in marital assets, real estate, and cash, sources said.
