Bravotv.com: What have you been up to since the end of the season – how is JUB and Mapperton?
Julie Montagu: I’ve been editing my second book, Eat Real Food: Simple Rules on Health, Happiness and Unstoppable Energy, which is published by Hay House and out March 8 2016! And at pretty much the exact same time, I’ve been writing my next cookbook (the follow up to Superfoods), called Superfoods, Superfast: 100 Energizing Recipes in 20 Minutes or Less, which is being published by Quadrille Publishing and is out July 2016! Both books will be available on Amazon and all major bookstores. So I’ve been busy! I’m also in the process of trying to get JUB licensed to sell in the states, so we will see. And lastly, I’m working on my next online course all about self-love, letting go, and happiness as well as working on my own yoga/active wear line too! Quite a bit, but am loving it all!
Bravotv.com: What did you learn this season?
JM: I learned to wait until all episodes have aired before getting one’s knickers in a twist… Ha! I also feel like my self-confidence really increased too, and I found my voice.
Bravotv.com: Do you regret anything from this season?
JM: Yes, having yellow hair! I mean, I really didn’t (and don’t) as you can see from my Instagram account. However, I will make sure when filming that my hair will be a good match for the lighting in the future! LOL!
Bravotv.com: What was your favorite part of this year of Ladies of London?
JM: Definitely the girls’ trip to Denmark. I had four days away from teaching yoga, cycling around London, working twelve hour days, and being able to spend some quality time with the girls and just letting my hair down. I fully enjoyed the entire weekend away. It was a wonderful break.
