If you aren't yet caught up on on Season 16 of Bravo's Top Chef, be warned that there's a spoiler just ahead: Two surprise eliminations on Top Chef mean that there are two episodes of Last Chance Kitchen to watch right now, and they will determine which chef will return to the main competition. No pressure!

In the fifth episode of Last Chance Kitchen, two competitors face a Mini Restaurant Wars challenge to create a restaurant concept as well as a signature dish in order to get back on Top Chef. Both chefs considered themselves two of the strongest on Season 16, yet they were both just eliminated.

"But that’s how this competition is," one of the chefs said. "One day you can be on the top, the next day you can go home."

The competition to get back on Top Chef intensifies in the sixth episode of Last Chance Kitchen, with the continuation of the Mini Restaurant Wars. Competitors have one hour to conceive and execute a fully realized three-course menu (including the dish from the last episode) that has absorbed and reflected all of Tom Colicchio's feedback and advice. Of course, there's one big twist — and it may be the craziest surprise in the history of the competition.

The stakes couldn't be higher. As one hopeful says, "This is the meal that can get me back into the game."

Watch Last Chance Kitchen Episode 6 to see chefs vie to pack their knives for something positive: a return to Top Chef and the chance to bring it all home.
