Savannah Chrisley Comes Clean: Has She Had Work Done?

Savannah Chrisley's fans keep their eyes peeled on her Instagram feed for beauty inspiration, and for good reason. Whether she's changing up her hairstyle or dishing out tips on skincare, the 20-year-old stunner knows what's up. 

So, Chrisley was quick to answer a beauty question that she thought fans may have when she posted her latest snap. Looking radiant as usual, the Chrisley Knows Best daughter wore her hair in a braided, pulled-back style that showed off her perfectly shaped brows, glossy nude lips, and flawless skin. (Honestly, her highlighter placement is #goals.) But, she also posted a quick disclaimer.  

"Before the comments come flowing in ... no I haven’t gotten a ton of work done! I’m not changing my face! This chick just loves her food right now," Chrisley wrote. "So if you’re a negative Nancy please direct yourself away from my page." 

To be honest, we don't see any change in the style star's face. But, it's amazing what trolls come up with these days — lip-shaming, anyone? — so we applaud Chrisley for shutting down potential jabs before they come.
