Luann de Lesseps Is "Better Able to Handle Life When It Gets a Little Crazy" — Here's How

Yoga means so much more to Luann de Lesseps than being able to do a headstand or looking fitter than ever in a string bikini. For The Real Housewives of New York City beauty, it's all about the mind-body connection.

Luann's spoken before about how yoga keeps her centered, but yesterday, she shared on Instagram about how her practice is really a huge stress reliever. Luann posted a photo of herself sitting cross-legged, looking at peace. Here's what she wrote in the caption:

"In these crazy times its hard to balance everything & process the pace of life swirling around us. I have found over the years that yoga reduces my stress & benefits my body, mind, & breathing. I’ve noticed when I do even just a bit of yoga everyday I’m better able to handle life when it gets a little crazy. Just wanted to share this. I’m praying the elections go as they should. Namaste."
