Rock hard abs like Dr. Imani Walker's don't just happen overnight. The Married to Medicine Los Angeles psychiatrist works super hard in the gym, and she just videoed her latest ab workout that shows how incredibly fit she is.
Dr. Imani's moves are way beyond normal crunches and sit ups: While lying down on a bench, she tackles what looks like crunches while in boat pose, then gives her lower abs a workout with leg lifts. Her gym day also included squats and arm exercises with a bar and weight machines.
"It’s not about being the best, it’s about being better than you were yesterday," Dr. Imani wrote in the caption. "Today I am feeling stronger than my strongest excuse. Don’t workout because you hate your body - work out because you love yourself."
