To debut her fierce new look, Toya broke out a show-stopping getup. Rocking a curve-hugging red dress detailed with criss-cross, black halter straps, a plunging neckline, and a thigh-high slit, the author looked like she stepped right off Kandi Burruss' "sex dungeon" tour.
