Dr. Jackie Walters Gives Us a Look at Her Super Intense Workout

The Married to Medicine OBGYN found a way to make burpees even harder.

Need some workout inspiration? We're seriously in awe of Married to Medicine pal Dr. Jackie Walters' Instagram, where she's been posting glimpses of her intense workouts. Because when Dr. Jackie isn't wearing Chanel, she's in activewear at the gym. And while Bravolebs like Padma Lakshmi turn to Pilates and Robyn Dixon hits the treadmill, Dr. Jackie's trainer has her exercising while strapped into what looks like resistance bands.  

In this video posted today, Dr. Jackie pushes her way through seemingly a zillion mountain climbers. She transitions into push-ups, then goes back to the mountain climbers. She takes a break, but then with her trainer's encouragement, she's right back at it. No wonder Dr. Jackie captioned this one: "DON’T QUIT, GIVE UP OR CAVE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

If you thought that was hard, just imagine doing 15 burpees (ugh!) with resistance — like in this video Dr. Jackie posted last month. She wrote in the caption: "Wanna see my least favorite exercise and add resistance (this is last Thursday and still sore)! 'Perseverance is failing 19 times and succeeding the 20th.' – ... Smiling on Tuesday means you survived Monday."
