The Metcalfe family kicked off their Halloween celebrations a bit early this year, and they perfected every detail of their costumes while on a recent vacation.

How to Watch

Watch Married to Medicine now streaming on Peacock and the Bravo App.

In an October 10 Instagram video, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe showed her family’s costumes as they had a fun-filled night on a cruise. The Married to Medicine cast member was dressed as Daphne from the Scooby-Doo franchise, donning a bright orange wig and the character’s signature outfit: a purple long-sleeved minidress, a green scarf, and a headband.

Dr. Scott Metcalfe’s coordinating costume also gave him a new hair look. Dressed as Fred, Scott wore a platinum blond wig, blue pants, a white-and-blue shirt, and an orange scarf.

As seen in Contessa’s post, the couple’s kids also got in on the fun, with Laila dressed as Scooby, Lauren as Velma, and Landon as Shaggy. In an Instagram Story video, Contessa noted that their son “took his wig off,” to which Scott quipped, “Landon participated as much as he could.”

As you can see in the video above, Contessa also recently switched up her ’do for the Married to Medicine Season 9 reunion — but not with a new color. “No colorful wigs today,” she says in the clip before her totally unique ponytail for the day is revealed. Press play to see the hairstyle, as well as the rest of the cast members’ jaw-dropping reunion looks.

Watch Married to Medicine on Bravo Sundays at 9/8c and the next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.
