If you caught the trailer for tonight’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles episode then you know that we’ve got a Bravo crossover, people! That’s right, a cameo is coming at us courtesy of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK, who are desperate to sell their Beverly Hills abode. As we told you earlier, Dorit and PK have been looking to ditch their digs for quite some time — the house, dubbed “Dawnridge,” was first listed in July of 2017 for a whopping $12.75M, but it never sold at that price. (Tune in to MDLLA tonight at 9/8c!)

How to Watch

Watch Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles on Peacock and the Bravo App.

“Dawnridge is moments away from the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel, it’s on an exclusive private street with the most insane views of the city, but it was way overpriced and as a result it’s been sitting on the market for almost six months with nothing, no interest,” said David Parnes, whom Dorit and PK enlisted to finally sell their six-bedroom, seven-bathroom, 8,679-square-foot home at the new price of $8.995 million.

“Dawnridge is actually one of my favorite houses because it’s just got great scale, from the big, big entertaining rooms, to the movie theater — I mean it has everything!" David continued. "To me it feels like Old Hollywood — marble floors, a grand staircase, an insane master bedroom, a closet that feels like it’s straight out of a showroom. It is a proper home. I just like the overall floor plan… and the views aren’t bad either.”

Targeting international buyers who want to be near the Beverly Hills Hotel or a family who requires the sheer amount of space the home offers, David and his partner James Harris decide to throw a Beverly Hills Hotel-themed broker’s showing — complete with McCarthy salads, valet and models wearing bikinis in the hotel’s iconic pattern. Did they get the job done? Well, you’ll have to watch tonight’s episode to see for yourself. In the meantime, check out the home’s selling points (according to David!), below.
