Josh Flagg’s “Dream Home” Has Him Contemplating Staying in a Hotel Instead
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles power agent is deep into the construction madness.
Josh Flagg enlisted what he's called "the biggest crew in the history of man" in order to gut renovate a 4,565-square-foot Beverly Hills property built in 1928 and transform it into the ultimate dream home for the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles power agent and his husband, Bobby Boyd. Josh has predicted that the home will be nothing short of spectacular when it's finished, and the renderings we've seen seem to indicate that it's basically going to look like a palace inside and out.
But the whole renovation process, which started late last year, might be taking just a little bit too long for Josh's taste.
"Standing in front of the bones of our 'dream home' and contemplating living in a hotel instead," he wrote in an Instagram post as a caption to a photo of him scrunching his face up in faux frustration.
Admittedly, it does look like there's probably still a ways to go when it comes to finishing this dream home project, but Josh shouldn't give up now! Once he sees his vision fully executed and come to life, all of the delays and expense will have been worth it.
