You Won’t Believe How Josh Flagg Gets a Property Sold
The Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles broker has a few tricks up his sleeve.
Josh Flagg has a million tricks up his finely tailored sleeves when it comes to convincing prospective buyers they need to put an offer down on the Beverly Hills homes he's so good at selling, and one of them is pretty unconventional, to say the least.
The Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles broker revealed to The Los Angeles Times he gives his clients the option of having a sleepover at a potential new home.
“I'm good at figuring out what my clients want. I encourage them, for example, to spend the night in the house before they buy,” Josh said.
That’s right, all you need to do is pack a little suitcase with a toothbrush, a blanky, and a set of PJs, and the place is yours for the night — as long as the sellers are OK with it, of course.
“The house looks different in daytime than at nighttime,” Josh added, which is true, and you get to make sure there aren’t any surprises down the road like noisy neighbors or even ghosts.
So do potential buyers ever actually take Josh up on his offer of an overnight to check a place out and see if it’s the right fit?
“All the time,” he said.
