Tracy Tutor put her stunning Brentwood mansion on the market back in May for a whopping $23.9 million, which sounds like a lot of money... but have you seen the seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom home?! We're going to say it’s worth the asking price. That said, the home was taken off the market just a few weeks ago — and it appears Tracy has moved on.
In a recent Instagram post, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles broker gave her 83,000 followers a look into her new abode and unsurprisingly, it’s crazy glamorous. Awash in a black-and-white theme, the photo revealed Tracy’s new home’s entryway, which has a spiral staircase with a black bannister and white railings. The real showstopper, however, is the flooring: black-and-white stripes! We’re calling it, this is going to be a trend.
“Sunday lounging with Sadie at the new pad ...she was meant to luxuriate apparently and the black and white theme is really working for her," she wrote on Instagram.
More details we’re spying: A giant fiddle leaf fig tree, wainscoting paneled walls, and oversized crystals for décor. This place is looking just as dreamy as her old digs!
