Tracy Tutor Says This Is the One Thing That Will Immediately Decrease a Home's Value

During an appearance this week on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Tracy was asked what she thought was the tackiest home design trend that immediately depletes a home’s value. We were thinking she’d say something like a Formica kitchen, but the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles broker didn’t skip a beat: “Figurines,” she replied. “I have a big problem with glass figurines. There are weird people out there, Andy. I’ll tell you it’s a problem.”

Kind of gives you the impression she has toured a lot of homes that have this particular feature in common. Well, if there is one thing you want from a broker, it's honesty, right? And at least this is a problem you can easily remedy by tucking your prized possessions out of sight.
