How funny was it when my grandmother said her neighbor is dead and she reads her papers (which is really weird because she already gets the paper. . .whatever)?

My grandmother is right. Why would I turn down a multi-million dollar sale because I don't want to drive three hours?

In the meantime, I took the listing and it is a beautiful house.

The houses Josh listed up on Summitridge are great houses. I had offers on one of them before it was redone. The one that sold has a fabulous driveway.
