It was great to have our feet in the sand in this episode. What better way to celebrate a successful year in real estate than by the beach? It’s been a goal of #BondStPartners to expand in Southern California, and we really see our path heading to the ocean. Laguna Beach is one of the most close-knit, yet coveted, areas along the southern coastline, and selling a home of such caliber in the market is our way in. Our lovely client Christine called on us because of our international reach, and aside from James’ marketing strategy, we have the capability to carve out business in Laguna and other beach cities...as long as the other brokers don’t kick us out first!
Getting into arguments with James is not abnormal. In fact, it often helps us to communicate and ultimately become stronger as business partners. Once again, we worked as a team to make this deal happen. It was a true effort on both our parts, as there was so much riding on this opportunity for us. This sale wasn’t only about the commission, but was about growth for our business.
