Selling a home (or not) is never a straightforward process. Luxury real estate goes beyond wearing a nice suit and showing mansions. To prepare and price a home, it takes due diligence and a strong sense of the market. And while #BondStPartners are relatively new to the scene, we sold $150 million in real estate last year because we put the time and energy into each and every property… even if that meant hitting the streets to meet new agents, spreading the word, and even reassessment.
Rose Avenue is no different. While Venice is not our comfort zone, one must never stay in their comfort zone. We eagerly took on the challenge and immersed ourselves in the area. Seeing the response from our initial brokers open (or lack thereof) was a valuable learning experience about Venice. Our calculated decision to reduce the price based off our research led to multiple offers above asking price. We’re now armed with knowledge and knowledge is power -- we hope to enter the area again soon!
