See Inside Josh Flagg's Hollywood Hills Listing Purchased by Becca Tobin for $1.87M
"The space is amazing," the Glee alum raved to the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent.
As Josh Flagg prepared to show Becca Tobin a home in the Outpost Estates section of the Hollywood Hills, it's safe to say he was pleased to be spending time in a community originally built in the 1920s. "Thank God Becca does not want a modern white box," Josh said during an interview on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' July 28 episode. "Because if I see another modern white box, I will throw up."
Luckily for both Josh and Becca, the abode, located on a 6,568-square-foot lot, was filled with incredible Mediterranean-style details. "This house has some cute old-world charm," Josh said, before admitting: "It needs some updating."
Ultimately, moving to the 3,452-square-foot house felt like the right move for the Glee alum and her husband, Zach Martin, who ended up purchasing the home for $1.87 million. "I love the privacy. I love that it's so close to everything but feels really far away," Becca said during the episode. "The space is amazing"

Enchanting Exterior
Becca was immediately drawn to the property's "cool roof." While the backyard space didn't have a pool, Josh noted they had enough land to eventually put one in, adding, "That will immediately make the house worth a million bucks more."
Vast Views
The incredible sights from the home's many terraces impressed Becca and Zach. "We've wanted a view for a long time," Becca said. "This view is insane."
Unique Details
The terracotta railings on the terraces and vintage-looking fixtures stood out to Becca, who noted: "It feels so old and, like, charming."
Expansive Kitchen
Josh called the room, featuring exposed beams and custom ironwork, "the heart of the house."
Cozy Living Room
With the kitchen leading directly into the living room, Josh guessed that the home was previously renovated to be more open because, as he explained, "People didn't use to have open floor plans like this, it only became popular, you know, 15 years ago."
Spacious Bedrooms
"This is big," Becca said upon seeing the primary bedroom. While the guest bedroom had its own terrace, all three bedrooms located on the lower level of the house had en-suite bathrooms.
Vintage Bathroom
Becca was less than impressed with the primary bathroom, which featured outdated tile and a toilet telephone. "This is, like, a bummer," she said. "I love this house but I hate this bathroom."
Josh seemed a bit more optimistic. "It needs a little bit of tile work and whatnot," he said. "But very spacious."
Red Studio Room
When Josh showed Becca the section of the home as an option for her potential podcast studio, the LadyGang cohost wasn't exactly thrilled. "This feels like murder," she said of the entirely red room. "This is a hard no."
Still, Josh saw the potential. "I've seen a lot worse," he said. "You'll get used to it, I promise."
