On Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' September 1 episode, James Harris and David Parnes worked with their boss, Kyle Richards' husband Mauricio Umansky, to find a buyer for an incredible modern home in the Hidden Valley community. "There's only a handful of homes within the community, but it has some of the biggest celebrities in the world," James said during the episode. "So big that I can't even mention their f--king name. But trust me, really big."
As the trio walked up to the home, James was blown away. "F---king sick house," he said. "Nothing like it in the community." David, meanwhile, was particularly fond of the front doors. "Aren't these front doors very British?" he asked Mauricio, who agreed. "It's like 10 Downing Street."
Once inside, the real estate agents were equally impressed with the 12,000-square-foot brand new construction's garage with a turntable, a bathroom (one of 12 total in the home!) featuring leathered stone, another bathroom with a heated bathtub, and the luxe lower level's entertaining space.
To get the word out about the the modern home, the real estate agents decided to throw what David described as a "007 James Bond event," where Tracy Tutor gave her stamp of approval on one of the closets. "I feel it's big enough," she said with a laugh. "I rarely say that."

The home boasts seven unique sleeping spaces.
Fancy Family Room
"This is really exquisite," James said of the room.
"Look at the size of the island," David said before noting "how nice the faucets are." The room also features a La Cornue range that Mauricio knew Kyle would love. "My wife would be so happy with me if I bought her one of these," he said. "That way she could be a real housewife!"
Over-the-Top Entertaining Space
"I like it because it's a family house, but then you come down here and it's still got that sexy vibe going for it," James said of the entertaining space, which featured a climate controlled wine cellar and game room in addition to the screening room. Mauricio added: "I'm ready to throw a party."
"All these trees you've planted have created incredible privacy." David said to the seller. "It feels like you're in your own compound."
