Josh Altman's New $6.8M Listing Is Britney Spears' Former Mansion: See Inside
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent led a tour of the pop star's former home in a ritzy gated community.
Josh Altman did it again. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent is already showing some jaw-dropping real estate this summer, including a $28 million property he's co-listed with Fredrik Eklund. But for pop-music fans, another mansion he's selling might be even more enticing: It once belonged to a one Ms. Britney Spears.
On Josh's YouTube channel, he offered a tour of the $6.8 million listing. In The Summit — a ritzy gated community in Beverly Hills — The Altman Brothers' newest listing is about 7,800 square feet. It has six bedrooms, and one of its seven bathrooms is swathed in silk wallpaper.
The kitchen has a huge, sunny breakfast nook, and it leads to a pool deck that's strung with Moroccan-style lanterns and planted with palm trees and bright flowers. There's a completely private guest suite, an enormous chandelier, and a movie theater.
Fun fact: It's said that Britney herself loved lounging on the balcony off the owner's bedroom, which overlooks the pool. And on top of all that, there are kumquat trees in the front yard. Tour the house in the video below:
