Do the Million Dollar Listing Realtors Actually Like Co-Listings?

During a dinner that included many, many cocktails on the December 29 episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, Heather Altman asked Tracy Tutor to co-list a property with her. While the two were excited in the moment, once it came time to get to work on the January 5 episode, it took a minute for the agents to get a read on each other as business partners.

“I’m not really sure Heather wanted me to list this property with her until she was four lychee martinis in, and I welcome it,” Tracy said in an interview, while Heather added in her own, “It’s a little awkward. I think she’s vibin’ it, but I can’t tell. Lychee martinis hit ya hard.”

Tracy was optimistic. “I’ve never co-listed anything with Heather before, but personally, we get along really well,” she said, adding with a laugh, “And, like, she’s lucky. She doesn’t have to work with her husband [Josh Altman], she gets to work with me.”

Ultimately, because (as Tracy put it) she and Heather “complement each other,” the duo ended up working incredibly well together. “I think there’s intricacies probably that are probably a little different stylistically,” Tracy shared in an interview. “Heather might have a softer touch.”

“I would agree with that,” Heather said, to which Tracy jokingly asked, “How so, Heather?”

After a very successful day of showings that led to a deal and another potential co-listing, Tracy declared, “I mean, this is how you co-list, people. We’re kind of nailing it.” Later, she added, “I’m gonna say it: I think the two of us should get f--ked up more often. I think it could be quite lucrative for us.”
