Tracy Tutor's gorgeous Beverly Hills rental home has a light, bright, all-white kitchen. But the bathroom has a much darker vibe. In the exclusive Bravo Insider video above, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent showed inside the powder room at her rental and offered a few tips for how she would redecorate if she were planning to sell the property.
The space has plenty of natural light, thanks to a generously sized window. But, it also has dark floral wallpaper that adds a rich and cozy feel. "If I had the choice to renovate a kitchen or a bathroom, I'm always gonna choose the bathroom because that's where I like to spend most of my time," she said in the video, laughing.
Tracy went on to share her tips for decor that will be more appealing to "the masses," thus making the home more attractive to a potential buyer.
