Luis Ortiz is Back in the City and Showing Us Around His New Neighborhood!

Luis D. Ortiz is back in Manhattan and ready to show you around! After living in Paris, the Million Dollar Listing New York agent has come back to the city and taken up residence in the Bowery, a neighborhood rich with history, art, culture, and even some incredible cobblestone streets.

How to Watch

Catch up on Million Dollar Listing New York on Peacock or the Bravo App.

"To me, Bowery is one of my favorite neighborhoods for many, many reasons," he says in the above video. "We're on Bond Street right now. Bond Street to me is one of the most beautiful architectural streets in all of New York. You have all these architectural buildings designed to keep the essence of old New York."

On the walking tour, Luis points out neighborhood landmarks like the late artist Jean-Michel Basquiat's former studio, now emblazoned with the motivating phrase, "If you can dream it, you can do it," and a wildly abstract residential building designed by Ian Schrager, once the owner of the notorious disco club Studio 54 and now a hotel magnate.

Watch his full tour in the above video and catch up with Luis by catching MDLNY on Thursdays at 9/8c!
