Ryan Passes on Pork and Marriage (for Now)

Ryan defends his fratty past and discusses Fredrik's desire for a prenup.

By Ryan Serhant

Did you miss me? My money is on yes. This is a much calmer world than the one we left behind last episode of Million Dollar Listing New York.

How to Watch

Catch up on Million Dollar Listing New York on Peacock or the Bravo App.

I hope you enjoyed watching me get floured and wearing that inappropriate scarf. We live, we learn, and we watch TV. I was so happy for my Venezuelan client and broker. I think I may have let the enthusiasm get the best of me. But we got it done! At that time I was still thinking about how Russian Surgei had screwed me, and I was still very upset. In an emotional business like this, you put it all on the line and sometimes you get used, but it never feels good. One Beacon Court was such a stressful time in my life. Mark’s constant barking and pressure reminded me a lot of college foolishness.

So we liked flour? So what? When you're 18 years old it doesn't sound like a bad idea. A decade later I appreciate the importance of people and great relationships. For a $6.9 million sale, I'll take the flour, the wall squats, and the push-ups any day! It turns out that I work out religiously and have a great dry cleaner.

Ryan Gets Hazed

Let's take a look at everyone else's episode, shall we?

So I noticed Fredrik enjoys prenuptials and green tea. I think we should all be free to get robbed by an angry spouse someday. Good for Derek for standing up to you and your "friends." What do they know about your love Fredrik? I think this is a relationship built for a lifetime or for however long Derek doesn't want his own art studio. Marriage is a big commitment, a contract, and a sacred bond. I think for me -- for now at least -- real estate sales are the only contracts I want to worry about. Fredrik gets to business and quells conflict from an impatient Edmund. You make claims to a developer and he wants results yesterday. The two-seater bike ride tour of SoHo got it done better than the lobster lunch. Karen made a statement in walking away. . .Fredrik needed to think outside of the box and he did and it worked out.

Prenup Blow Up

Luis played a tricky real estate game but he got the deal done at 54 Pine for only $250,000 less than he first promised; that's big win for the little salsa dancing man. Nice to see his parents involved too. I'm a sucker for family and I think that made us all feel warm and fuzzy. We all have to show our gratitude for those that have helped us succeed, and I think Luis did a good job showing his appreciation.

Finally, this week I did something that broke my heart; I gave away my little Kevin Bacon. I had no choice. I was moving from downtown, and well, turns out pigs aren't all that in Chelsea. Thankfully I found a great home for my hairy little ham, and with one of my drivers! Ha! Now I get weekly updates on that porker, and I'm happy to report she's as pretty as ever and receiving plenty of attention.

That's all I got for you folks. I think about each and every one of you when we're not together. Trust me, it's not easy. So come back and give me a kiss right here on my weekly BravoTV.com blog. I'll miss you too. Now get out of here before I start crying. Muah.
