Love, love, love this episode! I have to say that I'm proud of the fact that I have learned so much from past mistakes and I have seen myself evolve into a better, sharper and more committed person and broker. This makes me happy. Looking back at the way I used to pitch exclusive listings to sellers and comparing it to the way I pitched this seller on tonight's episode, I have to admit, I like what I see.

I was precise, factual, eloquent, and passionate in ways I've never seen myself before. And the best thing is that it worked. However, what makes me even happier is the fact that this seller has NEVER given an exclusive agreement to any broker in the history of their name. That is an enormous accomplishment. Now, I must deliver. No excuses.

The marketing meeting went incredibly well and I think the story book idea was brilliant. I have never done anything like this before, but it sounded just right. I wanted to create a perception of glamour and sophistication for this building, so potential buyers would associate the property's name with class and allure.

The book was only the beginning. It was the invitation to the event that will bring the written story to life. More than 200 people attended the event and everyone dressed the part. Some of the biggest names in New York City Real Estate were there. The event was a success and since then, my phone hasn't stop ringing. I'm happy with the way things are going so far.
