Steve Gold Is Amazed by His Newest Property

#MDLNY's three real estate moguls killed it this week! Steve Gold was down in TriBeCa, trying to sell one of the most amazing penthouses he says he's ever been in. The asking price was $13.5 million, but when the market wasn't as obsessed with the panoramic views as Steve was, the family living below the penthouse put in an offer. Coming in at $13.35 million for the unit, the family below plans on turning the duplex into a triplex.

Ryan Serhant was put to the test by his friend and developer, David. If Ryan could sell the penthouse of David's building, he could have the rest of the building's units to sell as well. Ryan got the penthouse sold for $18 million, but David changed the terms of their agreement. This was actually a good thing for Ryan because David not only offered him 50 percent of the sales in that building, but also 100 percent of the sales for two other buildings currently in development. Oh, and the broker whose client bought the penthouse? He offered Ryan a $9 million Hamptons house to sell in return. Not too shabby.

Yet Fredrik Eklund might have been the episode's big kahuna. In the last six months he sold 42 units of a brand new Steiner building in the East Village. With about 30 more units to sell, deals are coming in left and right for Fredrik.
