Ryan Serhant Is Finally Moving Into His Fully Renovated $7.6M Brooklyn Townhouse
“Only took 3 years,” the Million Dollar Listing New York agent joked of the move.
After years of renovations, Ryan Serhant’s $7.6M townhouse in Brooklyn is finally move-in ready. The Million Dollar Listing New York agent announced the news in a recent Instagram post, confirming that he and his family will officially be relocating from their former Soho apartment into the sprawling, 8,000-square-foot abode.
Ryan and his wife, Emilia Bechrakis, first purchased the massive townhouse in September 2018. At the time, he announced big plans to revamp the space. “I’m gonna renovate it,” he told BravoTV.com back in 2019. “Maybe extend some of the outdoor space in the back, make a gym downstairs, and then I want to redo the floors and some things, ya know, just make it our own.”
Though the extensive renovations have taken quite some time, it looks like the gorgeous home is ready at last. Ryan took to Instagram to confirm as much, also revealing that he and Emilia will now be listing their spacious downtown apartment for rent.
“The most important listing of my life...my own! Our townhouse is finally ready for us! Only took 3 years,” he joked in an April 2 post, going on to add, “So we will be putting our West SoHo Penthouse on the market for rent next week.”
