We've already told you about how you can book and stay in your own private theme park, and swim in its ice cream cone-shaped pool. But now maybe you're looking for something a little more... permanent. Well, now you can actually live in Disney World in complete luxury. Mic drop.
Golden Oak is the first community to offer single-family homes for sale directly on Disney property in Orlando. This being Disney, the 980-acre resort is made up of four themed neighborhoods, with private residences at the ultra luxe Four Seasons Orlando Resort also in the process of development. The Marceline neighborhood has two parks, one of which, Charming Park, features Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs sculptures, while Kimball Trace is described as a charming Tuscan-inspired village.
As you might expect when you're living alongside princesses, homes at Golden Oak do not come cheap — prices start at $2 million. But homeownership comes with perks beyond bragging rights. Residents enjoy membership of the Golden Oak Club, which includes access to the community’s clubhouse; private entry to the Four Seasons Resort (including its five pools), and transportation to the four Disney theme parks.
No wishing on a star required — though having a Prince/ss Charming with a black card couldn't hurt.
