Balancing Work and Relationships

Chad talks about his toast to Victoria, Thanksgiving plans, and more!

By Chad Rogers

Just watched The Soup on the E! Network and I can see that Joel McHale found the humor in my now infamous "Business comes first" toast.

Victoria is really important to me and my business is as well. Sometimes it is really hard to find the balance between the two. During the time I was filming, the whole real estate market was in a horrible downward spiral and I was really stressed out! I didn't know what was going to happen from one day to the next and I was constantly putting work before Victoria. Looking back on it, I see how this affected her. I am very lucky to have Victoria in my life and wouldn't be as successful without her love and support.

We are going out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday and I definitely will not be working, as I want to spend time with my two favorite girls. However, I can't say I won't be checking my email from time to time ;)
