What’s the Food Intolerance Test All the Real Housewives Are Using?
Want to find out exactly which foods are making you feel ill? Dorinda Medley and Luann de Lesseps know how.
You probably don't need us to tell you this, but food sensitivities are a real beast. From gross rashes to weight gain and a host of other un-fun side effects, intolerance for certain snacks can lead to major issues. And sure, talking about that pesky gluten or the pleasures of being lactose intolerant doesn't exactly sound as fun as partying at Beautique or shopping at Envy by Melissa Gorga — but some of our favorite Real Housewives have the same concerns we do when it comes to managing their diets.
Need proof? Just check out the feeds of 'Wives like Dorinda Medley, Luann de Lesseps, and Danielle Staub. Though the three ladies more typically share recommendations for glam beauty products, this week they've all been digging into the Pinnertest Food Intolerance Test.
To take the home test, you'll have to prick your finger to collect a few drops of blood. Then, send the sample to the folks at Pinnertest, and within a few days you'll receive an e-mail letting you know exactly which foods are making you feel less than 100 percent.
The whole collecting samples thing appeals to our inner science nerd, and the whole feeling better thing will appeal to, well ... anyone! Scroll down to find out where to shop your own test kit.
