Million Dollar Listing star Ryan Serhant is a busy guy. Don't believe us? He recently broke down what his day looks like for a Q&A session during Real Estate Connect.

Here's how a normal 24 hours for the NYC broker shakes out.

"I have a pitch [meeting] at 11," he shared. "At 11 o'clock, I have to go to 42nd [Street] and 5th [Avenue] and I have to do a pitch for a big fashion designer for their apartment in Cooper Square. And at 12 o'clock I have to go to our listing at 157 West 57th [Street]."

That's not even half of what he tackles in a day.

"I'm doing a photo shoot for a big magazine," said Ryan, who often beings his day by hitting the gym before sunrise. "I have a movie coming out [While We're Young]. I did a movie, media-driven, with Ben Stiller. You should see it. It comes out March 27. I think there's going to be nudity involved in the photo shoot which will be good for selling the listing."

Next up, Ryan throws his clothes back on, which probably makes sense given what's on his docket.

"And then I have a closing after that," he added. "I have a couple showings. I have another listing pitch. I have a broker's open in the East Village for 277 East 7th street... and then I have dinner with my fiancée and she will love that I just said that."

For anyone wondering what keeps Ryan motivated on non-stop days like that, it's not just caffeine.

"I wasn't joking," he said. "I'm kind of fueled by fear. Everyday the fear of not performing, the fear of not selling more, the fear of not living up to my potential—and that's the biggest fear that I have. And that's what I tell my team everyday... It drives me so absolutely off the wall and I get so angry when I don't see people living up to their potential."
