Kyle Richards will likely think twice before throwing a party next time. Or at least she'll think about how she phrases things beforehand.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

On the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Tuesday night, Kyle decided to throw a bash where she and her friends would invite their closest gay pals to have a little fun. And, as always, there was drama. But this time it happened online.

The night included the usage of the term "my gays" when Kyle described her gay friends, which sparked some strong reactions on social media from viewers and even the Housewives themselves.

Kyle herself took to social media after the episode aired. "On the upside, there were some love connections at my Gay Mixer," she wrote.

Regardless of Kyle's explanation, fans didn't seem too pleased with her referring to her friends with the first-person posessive and they called her out online.

In addition to the strong response from viewers, Andy Cohen addressed the episode on Watch What happens Live after it aired.

"Even though some of your friends might be gay, which is great, they are not yours," he said. "You do not own them. We are not cattle. We are not purses." He added, "I will say we are good at reading, so consider yourselves read. I love you."

His message then sparked several of the Beverly Hills women to open up about the episode on social media.

Lisa Rinna, who was featured in the clip show that ran in the WWHL segment using the aforementioned term, tweeted to Andy.

UPDATEKyle responded to Twitter's reaction by saying she didn't mean any harm by the comment. See her tweet below.
