And she's not the only Housewife taking part in this year's party parade.

All hail Queen Vanderpump!

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

This week it was unveiled that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules star Lisa Vanderpump will become royalty—Mardi Gras, royalty that is! During the 2015 procession of the Krewe of Orpheus, Lisa will join the cast of NCIS: New Orleans as a Monarch—an honor celebrating European aristocracy, typically bestowed upon celebrities each year.

The Krewe of Orpheus celebrates music, and was founded by New Orleans darling Harry Connick, Jr., among others. The list of former Monarchs for the crew is pretty impressive—Lisa will be joining the ranks with stars like Quentin Tarantino, Joan Rivers, and Whoopi Goldberg, just to name a few.

And the Krewe is looking forward to welcoming the charming star.

"@LisaVanderpump is bringing the glamour to Mardi Gras," the Krewe of Orpheus tweeted alongside of a dazzling Lisa and Giggy. "@KreweofOrpheus welcomes our newest Monarch!" (No word yet on if the sex monster will be joining in on the festivities).

Think this party parade might be a little too much for Lisa to handle? Nonsense! Lisa tweeted how delighted she is to partake in the New Orleans tradition.

"Very excited to be Monarch of Mardi Graaaaaass," she tweeted. "New Orleans…party time! Honored!"

If you're hoping to catch some beads from Lisa, make sure you're around when the floats roll through on Lundi Gras (Fat Monday), starting at 6pm. We have a feeling she's going to stun in purple, green, and gold.

And, if you make it up early enough, you can catch Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks, who will be riding in the Zulu Parade Mardi Gras morning, starting at 8am.
