A local Super Bowl TV commercial from Jefferson Health predicts a massive amount of “super babies” will be delivered in nine months.
We know that a big win for a city causes more couples to win in the bedroom, and the NFL even backs up the claim. And Philadelphia has waited so long for a Super Bowl win that between setting their city on fire and overturning cars, docs say it’s likely many many couples got it on — and made a baby.
“In the home counties of Super Bowl winners from 1994 through 2014, the number of births rose on eight occasions when compared with the previous year, while it went down on 12 occasions,” the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
There’s no immediate word from Jefferson on any plans to decorate the maternity ward in Eagles green said the report.
The city is feeling baby (and football) fever — one baby boy born who was born at Jefferson right before the big game was named after sidelined quarterback Carson Wentz.
