Is Nicole Kidman Kinkier Than We Thought? (She's Not Denying What Her Husband Said)
Reminder: Keith Urban called her a "maniac in the bed" on "Gemini."
Nicole Kidman has been pretty mortified for most of the year since her husband, Keith Urban, released a song about her called "Gemini" that has a pretty forward hook: "She's maniac in the bed/But a brainiac in her head."
“I don’t censor his art, but it is a little embarrassing,” she admitted on Kyle & Jackie O, a radio show from Australia — but she sees the bright side. “It’s better than saying, ‘God, I’m so bored. Make an effort, Nicole!’” she laughed.
Clearly still trying to make Kidman squirm, cohost Kyle Sandilands also proceeded to press the Big Little Lies star on another eye-opening “Gemini” lyric, in which Urban croons: “She’ll wake you to make love in the middle of the night.”
“No, what?! You’re making that up, Kyle. Shut up. I’m not answering that. That’s outrageous," she replied.
Kidman's deflection was notable in that she didn't say it wasn't true! And while this is thought to be the main song inspired by Kidman in the Keith Urban catalog, it's worth noting that he has written a song close to the Bravo universe: "John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16."
