Call it Mommy Motivation! Here’s How True Thompson Fuels Khloe Kardashian’s Workouts
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians mom has shed 33 pounds with help from her tot.
Khloe Kardashian has lost a remarkable 33 pounds since she gave birth to her first child True Thompson in April. Her trainer Don Brooks, who works her out sometimes twice a day, told TMZ that the baby is a major motivator for her to push through her workouts.
True is often in the room during the exercise sessions, and Brooks noted that this really helps her stay on task, saying "at the end of the workout, Baby True comes out to give her that extra boost she needs at the end ... [I'm] using the baby as a tool to get her to do whatever I need her to do."
And the new mama looks great, too.
“After I had True, I couldn’t wait to get back to the gym," Khloe wrote on her website recently. "I really missed it during my pregnancy. A good sweat sesh can do wonders for the mind."
She relies in part on her good habits developed while working out before and during her pregnancy.
“My muscle memory is a real thing, because it’s still under there,” she also wrote. “If I’m solid, I really don’t care.”
That's a good attitude to have and, honestly, with this little face, how could anyone not be motivated?
