Project Runway Host Karlie Kloss Is Selling Her Lavish NYC Home for $7M, See Inside
The supermodel and her new husband are upgrading from their downtown apartment.
Just four months after tying the knot, Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner on are the move. The supermodel and host of Project Runway and her businessman husband are unloading their downtown NYC digs in the trendy Nolita neighborhood for the hefty sum of $6.995 million.
The opulent 2,000-square-foot apartment comes with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a sweet 1,120-square-foot landscaped terrace with gas fireplace. The stately apartment was designed from the ground up by celebrated firm Roman & Williams — who have also done homes for Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Hudson. Kloss and Kushner (yes, brother to Jared) weren’t the only celebs in the coveted building. Actor Gabriel Byrne also resides there and so does Billy Joel’s daughter Alexa Joel.
No word yet on where the newlyweds are heading — so let’s take a look back on where they’ve been.
The apartment features a grand 28-foot living room and commanding floor-to-ceiling granite fireplace. Designed by celebrity designers Roman & Williams, the home boasts meticulous millwork and walnut floors.
French doors on either side of the living room lead to expansive bedrooms flooded with sunlight. The building in the funky Nolita neighborhood is a known celebrity haunt.
The luxurious master bathroom is clad in marble slabs and accompanied by a glass walled shower. There is not one but two walk-in closets to house supermodel Karlie's clothes.
The mater bath also includes a sun-drenched standalone tub for when it's time for a deep relaxing soak — post runway.
The dark and moody kitchen is finished in Danish cabinetry and comes with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances. Just off the kitchen is a dining area that leads to an over-the-top landscaped terrace with fireplace.
