97-Pound Lilly Ghalichi Shares Her Diet as She Struggles to Gain Weight

Shahs of Sunset alum Lilly Ghalichi loses weight when she's stressed — and now she's eating to put it back on.

Lilly Ghalichi is going through a divorce, and — naturally — she's feeling stressed out. For the Shahs of Sunset alum, a side effect of stress is weight loss, and the new mom revealed on Instagram Stories that she's now down to 97.6 pounds.

So after showing her bare midriff on social media, Lilly announced her mission to pack on about five pounds of muscle. Then, she showed what she's eating as she undertakes her buffing-up journey. 

After addressing her weight and calling it "no bueno," Lilly showed a snap of her hearty breakfast. The meal comprised a "Persian omelette," served with nuts and half a bagel smeared with cream cheese. The breakfast also included a plate of fresh fruits, dates, and a cucumber. That's' not it: Lilly also revealed that she's been eating tacos covered in shredded cheese.
