Southern Charm Style Collided with NYC Housewife Glam at a Black-Tie Gala
Kathryn C. Dennis and Dorinda Medley represented Southern style and East Coast glam.
It was Charleston glam meets New York City chic at the Orphaned Starfish Foundation gala on October 19. The New York City event drew well-heeled guests, including two ultra stylish Bravolebs: Dorinda Medley and Kathryn C. Dennis. And when the two ladies posed together for a cute photo, they gave fans a chance to see how Southern Charm style stacks up with that of The Real Housewives of New York City. Spoiler alert: Both looks were winning.
For the black-tie event, Dorinda and Kathryn looked oh-so-chic in swanky black gowns. Dorinda chose a belted Gucci dress with crystal embellishment. Kathryn wore an off-the-shoulder look with flowing bell sleeves, and saved the sparkle for her feet.
The two women also had totally different — but equally striking — beauty looks. Dorinda looked like an Old Hollywood starlet with short, side-swept waves and a smoky eye paired with a pale, glossy pout. Meanwhile, Kathryn let her red locks cascade down her shoulders in a coif that had tons of body, and smiled through ruby-red lips.
