Patricia Altschul Shares a Hilarious Look Inside Her Self-Quarantine at Home

Patricia Altschul is hunkered down at her historic Charleston home with her beloved butler Michael — and as the Southern Charm matriarch proved in a recent Instagram Story, her puppy Peaches is also doing her part to help out around the house.
The March 24 share offered a peek at Patricia's dishwasher, where something cute and fuzzy stood out among the plates and bowls. As Peaches stood on the lowered dishwasher door, Patricia quipped: "Look, the pre-rinse cycle is going on now." She then asked Michael: "How'd she get up there?"
The answer, of course, was simple: "She jumped," Michael said. And after a bit of contemplation, he jokingly added: "You should train her to do that, really." (This wouldn't be the first time that a pooch has helped with the dishes at Patricia's manse.)
Michael's dry sense of humor isn't the only thing that's keeping Patricia's spirits up during a time of uncertainty. Patricia's longtime butler has also been gamely stirring up "quarantinis" during their self-imposed quarantine. And we have it on good authority that the caftan designer has some extra bottles of champagne on hand.
