A while back, the Southern Charm fashion pro described the diet she followed to see body fat "melt" off within a few months, and indeed, it involves the intermittent fasting technique that's so hot these days. Hot, yes, but it's also rather hard to go for hours on end without eating a bite.
So when the L'Abeye founder opened up her Instagram Stories for questions from fans, one follower wanted to know just how miserable the whole fasting thing is.
"How long did it take to transition into intermittent fasting? Any advice?" the fan asked.
Here's what Naomie had to say in response: "It took a while, don't really remember to be honest. I just remember in the beginning I would be soooo hungry some days so I would break my fast early because no one wants to be that miserable when trying to create a lasting lifestyle change!"
