NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 or older as of November 2, 2020. Commencing on November 2, 2020 at 1:00pm Eastern Time (“ET”) and continuing through November 3,2020 at 1:00pm ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Bravo Media LLC and NBCUniversal Media, LLC (“Sponsors”) will award up to ten (10) prizes (“Prizes”) in total. Each Prize will consist of one (1) discount code to claim a free Wanderlust Stemless Wine Cup (14oz). Additional restrictions may apply as determined by prize provider. To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must visit twitter.com (the “Website”), search and follow @bravotv, and reply tweet to the entry announcement tweet, to be posted on or about November 2, 2020 at 1:00pm ET on the Website (“Announcement Tweet”) tagging “@bravotv” and including the hashtag “#YachtPartySweepstakes”(“Entry” and collectively, the “Entries”). Entry must include “@bravotv” and the “#YachtPartySweepstakes” to be valid. Limit one (1) Entry per person. A Twitter account is required to enter. If you do not already have a Twitter account, create a free Twitter account according to the instructions on the Website. You must follow @bravotv throughout the Sweepstakes Period and for at least five (5) days thereafter (for potential notification purposes) to participate and be eligible to win. If you choose to submit an Entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply. See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities. On or about November 4, 2020 Sponsors will select ten (10) winners (“Winners”) from among all valid Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsors will attempt to notify potential Winners by direct message to the Twitter account used to submit the Entry.  Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of such direct message notification or an alternate Winner may be selected, in Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors may share potential Winner’s name and contact information with Sweepstakes Entities and/or any prize provider, as applicable, if necessary.  Sponsors’ decisions, including, but not limited to, selection of Winners and substitution of Prizes, cannot be appealed. Estimated retail value of each Prize is $31.95. Total actual retail value may vary. By submitting an Entry, entrants agree to the NBCUniversal Privacy Policy. By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, and release and hold harmless, Sponsors, Twitter and their affiliated companies, from any liability that may occur from participation in the sweepstakes and/or use of Prizes.
