Alexia Umansky’s House Has an Eye-Catching Dining Area (PHOTO)
Kyle Richards' daughter has a new home with some noteworthy design features.
After moving out of her parents’ Encino home, Alexia Umansky has enjoyed her gorgeous new abode with her longtime boyfriend, Jake Zingerman. Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's daughter has blessed us with a few peeks of the stunning spot over the past few months, and, more recently, she shared a view of her gorgeous, unique dining room area.
On July 8, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter took to her Instagram Stories to give a glimpse inside her home, first showing off her adorable little kitten cuddling up on a blanket in the foreground.
In the background, we got a full view of Alexia and Jake's dining area, which included a breakfast nook with a sandy wood bench and round kitchen table. A framed piece of abstract art hung on the wall above the nook. Additionally, the black chairs around the table were their own kind of art, with unique curved shapes situated in the shape of faces, with eyes, a nose, and mouth.

Inside Alexia Umansky's Living Room and Kitchen
Earlier this year the RHOBH daughter brought us into her chic, "cozy" living room area.
In January, Alexia re-shared a friend's Instagram Story to her own Story. "[Alexia and Jake's] new cozy little [house]," read the caption of the photo, which showed a warm, inviting living room that featured a glass-top coffee table, brown corduroy bean bag, a wood media cabinet, and what looked like a sectional sofa.
We also spotted a black spiral staircase leading to a floor above, though Alexia didn't share the details of that space.
After sharing the living room photo, Alexia later shared a look at her kitchen area, which featured all-white cabinentry, gray countertops, and two glass pendant lighting fixtures handing over the kitchen island. Alexia decorated the space with several floral arrangements and knick knacks we can't wait to get a closer look at.
Additionally, earlier in July, Alexia answered questions via her Instagram Stories about her big move, noting she had zero regrets moving out of her parents' Encino home. She also gave us another glimpse into her living space in the process.
“I am soo happy in my new home,” she responded to a follower's question about going out on her own. “I go back to home-base on an almost weekly basis.”
