The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter Alexia Umansky and her fiancé have new holiday decor and it's adorable.
Alexia Umansky is spending her first holiday season as an engaged woman, and she is going all out for this. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter has a new house, new engagement ring, and a new fiancé, Jake Zingerman, — so it shouldn't come as a surprise that she is spending this holiday season in style.
Alexia and her younger sister, Sophia Umansky, took to their Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Nov. 26, where they showed off all of Alexia's colorful Christmas decor. Sophia first took to her Instagram Story, where she posted a photo of Alexia's simple yet stunning Christmas tree, decked out in silver tinsel, and various assorted ornaments, including a slice of pizza and a video game controller. Sophia's new cat, who she adopted last month, also made an appearance in the photo, looking out the window at all of the nature in her aunt's home.
Alexia was also able to show off some other views at her decorations, including the staircase railing and space above her living room, decorated in green faux garland with twinkle lights wrapped in it. She also hung a velvet bow garland hanging from the indoor balcony, and the colorful paper garland attached to it.
She went on to give a new look at the spiral staircase, also adorned with the faux green garland, adding some festive light to the area. But the star of these photos was her cat, Sashimi, who sat on the boucle chair in her living room, looking more festive than ever.
With less than a month left until Christmas, Alexia and Jake's house is fully ready for the holiday season.

Details on Alexia Umansky's engagement
Some of this festive decor has been up in Alexia's house since she got engaged to Jake on Nov. 7. Kyle's second oldest daughter took to her TikTok account one day later, on Nov. 8, where she gave a look inside of her engagement night. Jake had taken Alexia out to dinner for a "date night," while Sophia decorated the home with dozens of flowers and lit candles.
Jake then got down on one knee in their living room, with the garland covered balcony lending a romantic edge to the engagement. "Good food. Our home decorated by my best friends," Alexia wrote in the caption of her TikTok recapping her engagement. "Our baby in a bow tie. Surrounded by our friends and family. Champagne and comfy clothes...The answer has always been 'yes.'"
