It's no secret that Andy Cohen is a proud native of St. Louis and an even prouder Cardinals fan, so it was only a matter of time before the Watch What Happens Live host combined his two loves: hometown baseball and the Housewives!
While in town for the World Series, Andy took a timeout with the MLB Fan Cave, and cast his own version of The Real Housebirds of St. Louis—or, more appropriately, matched up his favorite players with their housewife counterparts.
Andy paired his staring lineup according to some of their most famous personality traits. Yadier Molina, catcher for the Cardinals, sees a Housewife foil in Lisa Vanderpump of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for being "quiet, collected, respected." David Frieze, who Andy thinks is "good-looking, loves to have a good time, will surprise you" is a natural fit for The Real Housewives of Orange County's Tamra Barney. Matt Holliday and Teresa Giudice are a grand slam of a match ("She will flip a table; Matt Holliday will flip it out of the park!"), and NeNe Leakes and Cards veteran Carlos Beltran are a grand slam for their superstar status and, as Andy puts it, "ba-BAM!" qualities.
Before he could finish matching up Cardinals legend David Eckstein with Vicki Gunvalson from RHOC, Eckstein himself strolled over to share his input.
"Andy, I want to be Brandi!" Eckstein piped in. "She's so hot, and for once in my life, I want to be considered hot!"
We find it hard to believe that Eckstein's never been considered hot before, but hey, it's great to know that he's a Housewives fan!
