Andy Cohen and Porsha Williams Are Urging People to Plan Their Vote
There are a number of ways to make your vote count in the 2020 election. Andy and Porsha explain how to plan ahead.
Tuesday, September 22 is Voter Registration Day! This nonpartisan civic holiday is a reminder to register or to verify your current voter status. To help urge the 60 percent of eligible voters who are not currently registered, Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen and Porsha Williams of The Real Housewives of Atlanta have appeared in an important public service announcement underscoring the importance of voting.
This year’s election is unlike any other, given the circumstances of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In many states, there are a variety of ways that registered voters can cast their ballots if showing up to the polling station on Election Day is not an option, from voting early to submitting a vote through mail. With a number of options that vary by location, it’s more important than ever to plan your vote.
Alongside John Legend, Amber Ruffin, Christian Slater, Chris Collinsworth, Kelly Clarkson, and José Díaz-Balart, Andy and Porsha discussed the importance of creating a voting plan of action well ahead of Election Day on November 3. See what they had to say in the PSA, below.
