Bugsy Drake and Alex Radcliffe Made Some Shocking Statements About Their Relationship at the Below Deck Med Reunion
The yachties confirmed the status of their relationship at the Season 5 reunion.
Bugsy Drake and Alex Radcliffe kept us wondering "will they or won't they" throughout Season 5 of Below Deck Mediterranean. Though there was a lot of flirting going on between The Wellington crew members in Mallorca, Spain, their boatmance never really got any more serious than a couple of smooching sessions.
However, Bugsy and Alex raised our eyebrows with their comments about their future during Part 2 of the Below Deck Med Season 5 reunion, which aired on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on October 26. "He's a catch," Bugsy said of Alex as the virtual reunion wound down.
Even though Alex admitted that he still has feelings for Bugsy, he noted that they probably wouldn't be able to make the long distance thing work.
"Me and Bugsy, we've seen each other after filming, just like catching up, getting coffee and stuff. I think we just kept it very good friends afterwards and just kind of stayed in touch. We were very realistic that we live in two different parts of the world, and we're gonna do our own thing," he explained. "Am I still into Bugsy? Yeah, I think she's hot. I want to hang out with her, absolutely. I'm realistic. You know what I mean? I know what it is."
Bugsy and Alex would go on to reunite in person at the end of September after the Below Deck Med Season 5 reunion was filmed. Bugsy later teased during an appearance on WWHL on October 12 that she'll see what the future holds for her and Alex. "With regards to Alex and I, we are both obviously working on opposite ends of the world, kind of. I'm still working on a boat," she shared. "But we met up, feelings came back, and we're kind of just seeing where to from here. We're really good friends. But yeah, we'll see."
