Are Vishal and Richa Still Together? The Family Karma Cast Member Just Shared Some Huge News

After starting off the season with his relationship with Richa Sadana in limbo, Vishal Parvani worked to get that engagement ring back on his fiancée's finger in Season 2 of Family Karma. 

By the time the Season 2 finale arrived, which aired on Bravo on July 28, things were looking up for Vishal and Richa. Their moms got to a good place over lunch, and he continued to impress his longtime love with a full week of surprises, including a gator date, the official launch of his Underwear Dance Party line with Amrit Kapai, and signing a lease on an apartment for the two of them in Miami.

Vishal capped off the week by surprising Richa by proposing again, this time backed by a mariachi band. "I promise you I will spend more time with you in Memphis," Vishal told Richa as he presented her with her engagement ring on the chain of a new necklace in their new apartment in Miami. "I want us to get married by that date. I want to say we're putting this date down. We're gonna make it happen. F--k what everyone else says. It's just us two."

He then asked if she wanted him to put the ring on her finger, and after being serenaded by the mariachi band, she ultimately said yes! "If you pull a mariachi band out of the back of the bathroom, I mean, I have to say yes at that point," Richa looked back on the romantic moment during an interview in the episode.

At the end of the episode, Vishal promised that this would be the last time he proposed to Richa — for real this time. "We're getting married. We are getting married," he said. "This is the last proposal. No more!"

Richa shared a similar sentiment, along with some dreamy photos of the couple on the beach, in a post on Instagram on July 28. Vishal gushed in another post on Instagram, "Engaged to my best friend….Again!"

During his appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on July 28, Vishal said that Richa returning the engagement ring prior to this season of Family Karma was actually the "motivation" and "the kick in the ass that I needed."

Vishal later cleared up "the biggest misconception" about his relationship during the WWHL After Show. "I think people just see the dramatic side of our relationship. We've been together for nine years, there are a lot of ups and downs, and unfortunately, during this time, you saw a lot of our down side of our relationship," he shared in the above clip. "But I think we're a lot of fun."

He also said that he was happy to have focused "on my health, my happiness so that I could be a better partner for Richa" this season.

But perhaps the biggest reveal of the night came when Vishal gave an update on his future with Richa. "I'm here with Richa, actually, in Memphis," Vishal said during the virtual appearance. "We're looking at houses to buy over here."
