Asa Soltan Rahmati Explains Why She's Keeping Her Son Off Instagram

While Asa Soltan Rahmati is more than comfortable living her life in front of the cameras and on social media, she shared on Instagram that she won't be posting any photos of her son, Soltan Jackson, to Instagram. She revealed the news in a lengthy Instagram update during which she opened up about her new life as a mom.

"Lovers, I'm back! Actually I never left. In fact, I've never been more present. I have been in solitude, honoring life with my new born son Soltan, cherishing our bond, celebrating in Gratitude our new Family, and getting to know each other now that he is outside my belly and in the world. The last two months have been the most magical days of our lives. Being a Mother is the greatest honor and the most special experience possible. It's also very tough. I salute all mothers out there. You are angels," she wrote. "Also, I will not be posting pictures of Soltan. Thank you for respecting our privacy. Beaming beautiful Love into everyone's life."

Soltan, born in January, is the first child for the Shahs of Sunset pal and her longtime boyfriend, Jermaine Jackson Jr. Earlier this month, Asa offered up update on her little boy. "Soltan, I think, wants to become like the next King Kong or something. He's gaining weight like crazy," she said. "The doctors just couldn't believe it. They think I'm some kind of like goddess guru of breastfeeding, which apparently I am. I had no idea."
