Ashlee Holmes Malleo Shares an Update on Her Son's Therapy as He Turns 3
RHONJ alum Jacqueline Laurita's daughter Ashlee previously shared her son was awaiting a diagnosis.
Ashlee Holmes Malleo has been open about seeking a diagnosis for her son, Cameron Hendrix Malleo. Ashlee, who is the daughter of The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Jacqueline Laurita, previously shared, "Cameron is still on a waiting list to see a developmental pediatrician (2 year wait). He has not received a diagnosis of any kind. But he has therapy 3x a day 5 days a week. OT, Speech and ABA. It’s pretty unanimous throughout his several therapists that he definitely *currently* has a sensory issue of some kind though."
Now, as Ashlee and her husband, Pete Malleo, celebrate their son's third birthday, she's reflecting on how far Cameron's come this year. "Cameron, there are no words that can fully express just how much I love you. I am so proud of Cameron for how hard he’s worked with his amazing therapists this past year. I cannot believe that he’s starting school full time soon. Time is just flying by," she wrote on Instagram.
Ashlee said in the past, "I’m so thankful for Cameron’s therapists. I’m grateful for the progress he has made during this time. This process is full of a lot of emotions. Some days are better than others, which is natural for any child. I’m just so proud of him. And I’m proud of myself (and my husband) for constantly following through with what we learn from his therapists."
